Please join us for our first community meeting after the MBTA selected Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and Nuestra Comunidad (Nuestra) as the winning bidder to develop the underused bus and trolley station into a mix of affordable and market rate housing and retail space.
We hope you’ll join us!
Tuesday August 2 at 6 p.m.
This meeting is the next step in the community planning process after the community meeting on November 19th at St. Angela’s Parish where over 40 Mattapan residents, community leaders, and activists shared their thoughts and aspirations for the anticipated development and the MBTA announcement on July 29th at Mattapan Library.
POAH is a Boston-based nonprofit developer, owner and operator of nearly 9,000 affordable homes in 9 states and the District of Columbia with over 2,900 apartment homes in Massachusetts including 500 in Boston.
