Please join us for a community meeting to be held by the MBTA Wednesday June 29 at 6 p.m. at the Mattapan Library to discuss the revitalization development plan for the MBTA lot at 466 River Street, Mattapan Square.
Two nonprofit organizations — Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and Nuestra Comunidad (Nuestra) have been selected by the MBTA to develop the underused bus and trolley station into a mix of affordable and market rate housing and retail space.
We hope you’ll join us!

This meeting is the next step in the community planning process, which began last fall and included a visioning session on November 19th at St. Angela’s Parish where over 40 Mattapan residents, community leaders, and activists shared their thoughts and aspirations for the anticipated development.
